Self portrait of me looking pretty haggard on my ride. I had to stop and get a shot of me. The riding here in the midwest is typacally at a pretty low altitude. I think I was somewhere around 6000 here, quite a bit different from about 450 or so. a few days later I was riding somwhere around 9000 in Durango CO. amazing town full of very hospitable people and good times.

Did you visit my mother while you were there? She would have made you a delicious protein shake. You look fantastic!
